The hotel is in a great location, very close to malls and restaurants, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, I had a very nice stay — the staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, the building is quite old, and the pillows and mattress were a bit too hard for my liking. Still, it’s a good option if you want easy access to shops and dining

房間還算是不錯的。訂了高樓層的，窗外景觀還可以。酒店里Lenox廣場比較近，所以周邊的餐飲，購物都還比較方便。

酒店沒有早餐，一樓有個小咖啡廳。大廳的Palm餐廳胃口很不錯，值得推薦。周圍有個很大的商場，購物方便。

很棒，服務員也很nice. 對面就是很大的商場，唯一缺陷就是沒有早餐！只能往酒店后面街道上的意大利早餐店簡單用餐。

酒店處于繁華商圈，停車費很貴，自助停車$45/天，代客泊車$55/天。感覺酒店管理混亂，清早8：20工作人員竟拿著房卡開門做清潔，幸好我們反鎖了房門進不來，但把我們吵醒了，后來退房時給前臺反映，前臺也沒表現出驚訝，一副見慣不驚的樣子，還懶洋洋地笑了下。再也不會入住這個酒店。
